Possible living area

1,200–2,600 sq ft

Example starting sizes
1,200, 1,800, or 2,600 sq ft of living area

Plan a one-level home with easy access between the living area, bedrooms, laundry, and mudroom. Put the shop at one end beneath the same single-slope roof.

Optional garage or shop: 600–1,800 sq ft. Porches set back under the roof or covered separately: 200–700 sq ft, counted separately.

Exterior finish ideas

Explore a continuous single-slope metal roof, dark or light siding, a timber-accented porch, and shop doors coordinated with the home.

Interior finish ideas

Consider a sloped living-room ceiling, simple painted cabinets, butcher-block or quartz counters, concrete floors, and built-in storage near the shop connection.

Fully customizable, inside and out.

Change the size, room count, floor plan, rooflines, windows, doors, porches, shop or garage, colors, and finishes. Bring your own ideas or start with this design.

We offer steel frames or frames built around large support posts. Both include interior walls built with smaller, closely spaced studs to divide the rooms.

The sizes and finishes shown are examples. They are not measurements of the pictured building or a list of everything included. Other sizes are possible. Your final plans and written quote confirm the size, materials, and work included for your property and budget.

The look of The Timberline.

A wood-accented entry sits back under the roof for shelter. Group windows and doors around the living areas, with wider doors and work areas at the shop end.
