Your Monitor.
Your way.

Start with a size and style you like. We can change the building size, room layout, materials, and finishing touches to fit your needs.

Possible living area

1,800–3,200 sq ft

Example starting sizes
1,800, 2,400, or 3,200 sq ft of living area

Place the living room, kitchen, and dining area beneath the raised center roof, with bedrooms, laundry, and storage in the lower side sections. High windows do not require a second floor.

Optional garage or shop: 600–1,800 sq ft. Covered porches: 300–1,000 sq ft. Set their areas separately from the home.

Exterior finish ideas

Explore charcoal or white metal, contrasting trim, high windows, timber accents, and optional stone at selected entry or porch features.

Interior finish ideas

Consider a tall sloping ceiling in the main living area, painted or wood ceiling details, a large kitchen island, quartz counters, and concrete or plank floors.

Fully customizable, inside and out.

Change the size, room count, floor plan, rooflines, windows, doors, porches, shop or garage, colors, and finishes. Bring your own ideas or start with this design.

We offer steel frames or frames built around large support posts. Both include interior walls built with smaller, closely spaced studs to divide the rooms.

The sizes and finishes shown are examples. They are not measurements of the pictured building or a list of everything included. Other sizes are possible. Your final plans and written quote confirm the size, materials, and work included for your property and budget.

Exterior ideas

The look of The Monitor.

The lower side sections can hold bedrooms, laundry and storage rooms, porches, or a connected shop. Stone and wood details add warmth to the dark metal exterior. The long rooflines suit open land and wide Texas views.
